    We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders and placed on our website to the 50 states, with no minimum order size or special exceptions.

    Shipping for international jewelry orders is only $9.99.

    Express Your Love Gifts understands that getting your items quickly is important to you. We strive to process your order as soon as possible, orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Exclusions apply for all majors holidays & events out of our control.

    Delivery times are as follows:

    United States: - Within 2-5 business days
    Canada - Within 4-10 business days
    Western Europe - Within 2-5 business days
    Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
    Rest of the World - Within 5-15 business days

    International orders ship via USPS International Shipping with delivery confirmation, so you can track it all the way.

     Returns, Cancellation, & Order Time

    What is your return policy?

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. If the product had tags or labels they must still be attached or adhered to the product.
    Our items are handcrafted and made to order with care therefore we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with wrong personalization aspects, damaged, or incorrect sizing.
    We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, or if an item arrives later than expected due to increased processing times or shipping delays due to high demand.
    Personalized items (jewelry, canvas etc)  cannot be returned. If the item has arrived with the wrong personalization aspects, incorrect size, or damaged please contact our support team. We understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us at help@expressyourlovegifts.com 

     

    The only case where a refund will be considered is in the case of defective item.

    Non-returnable items:

    Gift cards

    If your product was incorrect or damaged when received, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue. Our desire is for every purchase to be exactly as promised.

    If you are sent the wrong item or your item is damaged in any way, Express Your Love Gifts will provide a prepaid return label. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    It is important you contact our support desk at help@expressyourlovegifts.com to confirm where to return your item. Please do not send any item without confirmation.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Every return is inspected upon being received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Cancellation

    Our team works hard to ensure that you have your jewelry out in a timely fashion, so we start the creation process immediately after placing the order.  Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

    Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

    What if I'm not happy or item comes damaged?

    We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any damaged or items shipped wrong. If the size is not what was ordered or something is chipped, cracked replacement or refund will be swift (Picture evidence may be required). If you are not satisfied, but item is correct please contact us. We will handle these on a case by case basis. We want our customers to be happy with their service.

    CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

    We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.

    Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping and insurance is non-refundable.
     

    Returns on Clothing

    If your order is misprinted, damaged (excluding delivery) or the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.) we will grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product.
    In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem.
